AO worked together with Priestman Architects to design an overall masterplan for the residential developments, from modern lifestyle towers to beachside luxurious villas, and a fully integrated tourism program: design of landscaped beaches, fishermen harbors with retail, F&B and activities such a conferences centers, garden and horticultural businesses. The whole project is also turned toward sustainability by integrating, protecting and enhancing the existing black pine littoral forest.
该项目位于山东烟台，为AO与Priestman Architects共同合作的金山湾总体规划设计，项目主要对现有黑松林进行整治、景观提升与功能激活，运用黑松林来联系破碎地块。从而建造一个从海洋、沙滩、黑松林、山林的景观旅程。并运用植物营造四季景观。
